FieldEase Timesheets

FieldEase is a new paperless processing system from ComputerEase. Project managers are able to process documents electronically from the field. No more paperwork means no more time wasted chasing it all down.

Electronic processing of documents can be done either on a laptop or a tablet computer. Handwriting recognition is available on the tablet, meaning timesheets, purchase orders, work orders, or any custom document can be processed with handwritten instructions. No more hunting and pecking on a clumsy keyboard.

Entering timesheets electronically in the field means only needing to enter time once. After the project manager completes his timesheet on a laptop, it is emailed back to the home office. The hours are posted automatically to payroll and Job Cost. No more duplicate entries. Getting payroll out can now be done in half the time.
